Doughnut falls is a nice easy hike, though from instagram it does look like the actual falls themselves are snowed over right now.
When that does happen, the falls forms a cavern/ice cave and is is actually quite neat. You would want snow equipment though.
I'm old, slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

We've done the fifth water hot springs a couple of times with the family- https://bearfoottheory.com/diamond-fork-hot-springs/ this should be within 1.5 hrs from Utah. Also, enjoy hiking up the 'Y' above BYU at night.

Yes! Red Iguana. Especially the Mole. This place has been consistently excellent since I discovered it in 1996.
