8/30/2023 Route: Up East ridge, down - NW buttress Posted On: 9/3/2023, By: SnowAlien Info: Traversed from North-South Twilight. Traversed the scree to get to East ridge, which was fun, but didn't want to come down this way and deal with scree. Shawn wanted to check out the NW Buttress route anyway. We skipped the first cliffband to the left and downclimbed the second one. The ridge mellowed until the end when we had to bypass another cliffband and took the obvious ramp down to the lake. |
