8/15/2020 Route: From Vestal Peak Posted On: 8/18/2020, By: supranihilest Info: From the summit of Vestal Peak descend Vestal's south face route and then head southeast towards the Vestal/"West Trinity" ridge. "The Kurzhorn" is the bland looking bump near Vestal. It's an easy but loose Class 2 climb from the start of the ridge to the summit of "The Kurzhorn". Descend down one of the steep, loose gullies back towards Vestal Lake and camp. |
