Ruts at the beginning of the forest road are still there and it took a few attempts to find the right line and make it through. The rest of the road is in good condition. Parking lot was close to full around 04:30 a.m. The way down through the ruts wasn't a problem because you can see the proper line better. There are a few parking spaces below them where you can stop and hitchhike up. | 1 |

Soon after the sign signaling that the road is no longer maintained, there is a 10-foot stretch that we had to slow all the way down for. Easily passable in any vehicle with decent ground clearance. I did see a stock WRX up the road so it is possible to get past the ruts if you know what you are doing in a low clearance vehicle. | 1 |

A small parking spot for 2 cars if you can't make it, but any car with a little clearance should be fine. If you can make it past that, you can definitely make it all the way to the TH, road almost seemed to get better the farther you went. Some potholes and ruts along the way but easily avoidable. There is a restroom 1.5 miles before the TH, no restroom at this trailhead! | 1 |

Scraped bottom twice right after the road changes to a forest service road and had to turn around. I don't think any car with less than 6" clearance will make it over the ruts without bottoming out. | ||||

Just a few holes to watch out for. Get there early as it was packed when we arrived at 5:10 am. | ||||

Worst part was the right hand turn into the parking area (which is avoidable by just going left instead) Still 2 port-a-potties, but both were close to their usable limit. Not sure how often they get serviced or what periods of the year they're up there. |
