Leaves have started to change on the road to French/frasco/Casco group. I would say 10 % at the current stage.

A decent amount of trees were starting to change on the way to Snowmass Lake last weekend.

I was in steamboat last weekend and there was already some good color starting along rabbit ears (no pics unfortunately). Would guess it's getting pretty good now but not near the peak of the season yet.

Passed through Kenosha today, The upper parts of Kenosha are turning colors, the lower parts are still to change colors. Will give it a couple of weeks till it is on full bloom!

Any reports from the Bells, Grand Mesa, or Red Mountain Pass? I'm looking to do a photography trip in two weeks.

Your timing should be good for the Aspen area anyway. I've been up there enough to know that the leaves change on a pretty regular schedule each year. Leaves in the Aspen area seems to change a bit earlier than Kebler Pass or the Ridgway area. I was just rooting around in some of my old photos, the photo below was taken on 9/23/2014, just about the same date you'll be there.
