In case anyone was wondering what ever happened to this project: https://fastestknowntime.com/fkt/eli-bo ... 2022-09-10

Third time's the charm, I guess. I was too afraid to jinx it by bumping the live tracking this time.

There will be a much longer trip report in the future, but for now there are some more pictures on my instagram @eli.boardman. Thanks so much to everyone who supported, especially my parents, and everyone who followed along and offered encouragement remotely, especially my extended family, Teresa, and other friends.

You should totally name that route "Vanquishing Point".

What an accomplishment! We don't have to deal with glaciers and grizzlies here...wow. And your parents are the best! Congratulations to all of you!

Thanks everyone! It was interesting thinking about how the 14ers were pretty good training for stuff like this (minus the glaciers and 5th class), but certainly lots of vertical!

From summit registers, it looks like we have some other forum members working on the 13ers too. It was fun already seeing a few entries in the register I placed on Miriam in July--go get those LiDAR peaks, folks!

Very cool, congrats Eli! Hope to get out to those peaks at some point and I'm sure your guidebook will be much used (thank you).

Congrats Eli! That’s a very impressive time getting all those peaks.
Thanks for the cool summit register on Miriam, we enjoyed reading the history of that peak!

wow. eli. this is f***ing awesome!

for all the attention some other fkts get, this one is overlooked. a massive effort in some gorgeous and very difficult mountains. love the 1st quote as well.

did you carry your gun up franks again for those grizzlies?

can we get some photos of the sketchiness on koven?
one step at a time // you are exactly where you need to be in this moment
