I just confirmed easy access to the rose using three different means:
1) CAIC app: click on the region, tap the Problems tab.
2) CAIC website on mobile: tap on region; scroll down
3) CAIC website on desktop: click on region; scroll down
Options 1-3 shown below from right to left
