Congatulations, amazing work to get all done with two nights of sleep.

I don't think Holy Nolan's really gets the respect it deserves. If you go on the FKT website, you will see that Nolan's is considered one of the premier routes. And yet Nolan's is incomplete, its 14/15 14ers in the Sawatch. Here we are 24ish years after the first Nolan's race and Alex is only the 3rd finisher of Holy Nolans. It is great to see more finishers as it makes the route seem more legitimate.

What I love about Alex's run was his strategy. He can obviously move quickly, as his moving time for Nolan's was in the 45 hour range, but instead of trying to blast through the first days at Mach 10, he paced himself, slept the first two nights, and stuck to a great plan. People could definitely learn from that strategy. Anyone just trying to finish Nolan's in 60 hours...here is a blueprint for success.

Anyway Congrats Alex that was a great run! Really impressive.

Looking forward to hearing how it went, and how you're holding up!

Here's Alex's three strava activities:

Day 1: 37.99 mi, 19,350' of gain, 18:02:24 elapsed time
Day 2: 34.12 mi, 16,896' of gain, 18:16:33 elapsed time
Day 3: 53.49 mi, 18,576' of gain, 23:14:10 elapsed time

Totals: 125.6 mi, 54,822' of gain, 59:33:07 of hiking, 69:47:25 total time including just over 10 hours of sleep over the two nights

I am astounded by anyone who can finish Nolan's (much less Holy Nolan's) in any kind of time near 60/70 hours. Absolutely fantastic accomplishment.
