Thank you for posting both trip reports. I visited Banning in 1982 and was stunned by the beauty of Mt. San Jacinto, a mountain I had never even heard of. I have always wanted to go back and climb it, so I really appreciate the nice pictures and great write-up. Maybe someday I will get there.
