Fire and Smoke

Post by Wentzl »

I like the photo threads about flowers, waterfalls and fall colors. Here, I attempt to initiate another, Smoke and Fire.

Let's see your images of wildfire impact on hiking 14ers.

This is a weak entry to start, but just testing the idea. This is the Bucktail fire just west of Montrose. Smoke may impact hiking in the San Juans.

Wow. Even back here in New York, we are getting pretty magnificent sunsets most nights when it's clear In a large part from what I understand from the smoke out west and in Canada.
